A booking is made once a Booking Form, together
with £60 deposit, has been received from you and confirmed
in writing by us. |

Provisional reservations may be made by
telephone, as long as a completed Booking Form and the relevant
deposit follows within 10 days. |

The balance payable is due 4 weeks before
arrival, together with a separate cheque for £50 as a
security deposit. |

The date the balance is payable will be advised
to you when we confirm the booking. If the balance is not received
by the due date, you will be contacted and asked to send the
payment immediately and if you do not respond within 4 days
of us contacting you, the booking will be deemed cancelled and
the deposit forfeited. |

Cheques should be made payable to Bradan
Guides and sent to Bradan Guides, Aundorach, Nethybridge, Inverness-shire,
PH25 3EF. |

The security deposit will not be paid into
our bank but simply held and returned to you within 2 weeks
of the end of your trip, provided no breakages or damage have
occurred to any of the equipment hired from us during your trip.
If any breakages or damage has occurred the security deposit
cheque will be paid into our bank and any costs incurred will
be deducted. The balance of your £50 will then be returned
to you within 2 weeks of the end of your trip. |

In the event of you cancelling the booking
the deposit and when paid the balance, are both non-refundable.
You are therefore recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
We reserve the right at all times, and especially in the case
of an emergency, to cancel any booking and return any monies
received. |

In the case of flooding or where waters are
not able to be fished due to natural causes, we reserve the
right to discuss alternative arrangements for your trip or issue
you with a credit note for future use. |
